See Obama's Belbin

US President Barack Obama has just completed his first 100 days in office.

Back when Obama was still campaigning, we teamed up with The Globe and Mail, Canada’s national newspaper, to create Belbin Team Role Profiles for the two presidential candidates, Barack Obama and John McCain.  We had two groups analyze their leadership styles: the general public, and an expert panel.  What we came up with were some very interesting results.

We also took a look at the Belbin profiles of Candidates from the 2008 Canadian Federal Election.

Let us know what you think in the comments: Is Obama still playing these team roles after his first 100 days?
